Services Provided
Madison House offers an extensive array of services to promote the health, comfort, and general well-being of its residents. The services included within the base monthly rate are enumerated as follows:
- Continuous staff supervision and assistance, twenty-four hours per day
- Three balanced meals daily, in addition to snacks
- Routine housekeeping and linen service
- Scheduled social and recreational activities
- Medication reminders
- Utilities, including electricity, water, heating and Wi-Fi
- Unrestricted access to both indoor and outdoor communal spaces
Additional services are available for an incremental fee, including medication management, laundry services, transportation and private companion care. The enhanced care package offers support for residents requiring advanced mobility or cognitive services.
Pricing Structure
Our pricing consists of a base monthly rate, with optional supplemental services.
Base Monthly Rate:
. $5,500 per month per resident
· Inclusive of private bedroom, semi-private restroom, standard utilities, and essential services.
Care Level Adjustments:
· Standard Care: Included in the base rate
